JC on the New Tom Green Show and the source of my slowly escalating insanity.
Just as a knock upside the head to myself: the next time you decide to make a mood theme, don't. Jesus Chris, but that's time-consuming.
Anyhow. Onto the shinynew which everyone else has already weighed in on but dammit, my JC love is in spectacular health and compels me to squee.
So it's been irrefutably reaffirmed, for the millionth time but probably and finally for the last, that JC Chasez is in fact the most beautiful man on the face of this here planet. Hands-down, no contest, done done done. It's the hair, the smile, the eyes, the graceful limbs and impossibly long torso; hell, even his nose! It's just absurd for one man to possess that much beauty. Spread it around a little, Jayce, for all our sakes!
He can also sometimes fool you into thinking it is in fact a girl living in his head who's calling the shots. There are no words for how much I love the "schizophrenic" boy.
The lace-up black shirt. The form-fitting white pants. The heavy rings (which, endearingly, he wasn't used to either - he put his hand down a bit hard on Tom's desk at least twice, and both times jerked it back up because of the loud clatter they made before setting it down more gingerly.) And he (proudly!) dresses himself! Keep at it, sweets, you're doing just fine from where I'm sitting.
"Basstronaut"! "Space monkey"! He's the most right adorable thing ever. His continued enthusiasm for Lance's space aspirations never fails to make me smile.
I think this is the part where I gush about loving his SoCal surfer boy speech patterns and the hand-flailing abilities usually only seen in Italian families. Since we exposed just how mistaken all the JC=spacey stereotypes are this past Friday, I'll save y'all the reiteration and simply state that JC is smart, eloquent, and good on his feet in interviews.
Moving right along.
He called Justin "J"! I love nicknames, the intimacy of them, but not the tacky kinds, and this was just such a sweet moment for me.
The way he kinda nudged Tom to the other side when he wanted to claim the left was both crafty and snarksome. I liked this bit of Assertive!Kitten *cough*SusieIhopeyoucaughtthat*cough* But dude. One minute, forty-four seconds. That's, like, three eternities in breath-holding. stamplet phrased his demeanor really well, too, calling it languid and elegant. He was totally in this mellow zone, probably with muzak playing in his head and everything, the way he stood with his head dunked underwater.
And then!
Tom: "I'm so embarrassed."
JC: "You should be! ...You got beat by an *NSYNC boy!"
That, ladies and gents, is the evidence before you. Don't let my foregone conclusion bias, though. ;)
*goes back to looking for more CFTC pics, because apparently 1000+ aren't enough for one measly 133-picture theme* Although, to note a small victory, I have managed to include all ten pairings so far, and have individually cropped multiple pics of all the boys, regardless of the fact that almost half are entirely Justin.
