My husband and I were listening to "Cold Spring Harbor" last week (Billy Joel's first album), and every song on there was just making me want to write songfic for SDBs. How shameful. But the lyrics were so perfect! I keep thinking about it, even now.
When I take that European backpacking vacation all well-rounded American kids are supposed to go on sometime during their educational careers, we'll definitely have to run into each other.
Or maybe this fall, when I visit my parents in Valdosta. You never know!
I actually have no idea who Emma Thompson is - I looked her up on IMDB and I'm not familiar with her credits, though I have heard of her.
She's wonderful! She's really one of my favorite actresses. My favorite of her movies is Much Ado About Nothing, by Kenneth Branagh (whom she was married to at the time). It's one of my all-time favorites. :-)
