It took me too much of the better part of yesterday to organize my bookmarks, but that's done like a done thing and wow so nice. Never underestimate the benefits of easy access. *g*
Schiz and I chatted about what I'd like to see and do in Los Angeles, since we won't be spending an eternity and a half in line at the various Houses of Blues thanks to smart planning. It's terribly sweet of her to go to all the trouble, but I keep saying that, seriously, we can just drive/walk around. Real cities actually are a novelty for me, hailing from the Land of the Sprawling Suburbia as I do.
We had overnight lows into the 30s and it was barely more than T-shirt weather (read: 80s) when I went to History of Journalism at one o'clock. Weird Gainesville weather.
Lance was lovely this morning, handsome and tactful and actually doubting himself on the Bye Bye Bye choreography. Dude, if that's not one you can do in your sleep by now, there really might be something to the dancing rumors.
Got new contacts today, at a new place which meant they did the whole shebang kind of eye testing. While my prescription hasn't changed in about a year and a half, she's the first to find a slight bit of astigmatism in my left eye, which might explain quite a bit, and was rather impressed by the freckle in my right, which I knew about. I made sure the dilation drops would wear off in time for Laser Tag tonight. Whoot! I kick ass at Laser Tag, man, bring it.
Otherwise I'm just sitting around gearing up for the six o'clock hour - I'm in charge of San Diego tickets. *wonders who the proper higher power would be to invoke here*
