Oh my god, thank you so much for posting that--both the review of the Grease experience, but also your account of the JoLa love! *g*

I saw Joey in Rent, but I sooooo wish I could have seen him in a production of this scale, something more "community theater" and DIY. I love that scale of things, and I can only imagine how much Joey was in his element working with people he's known for years. Mmmm. *g*

But also the JoLa love! I came into the fandom after the period where that pairing was in vogue, and I was kind of bummed because I totally love it, and nobody writes it anymore. But I completely agree with your assessment, and their relationship makes me really happy, even just on a non-slashy, friendship level.
