aruanMy moment of zen from yesterday: Seeing a commercial for women's libido-enhancing medication during Queer Eye For the Straight Guy last night. Bwah! Also, could they have been any more in love with the former Olympic skater? Carson could barely restrain himself, and didn't quite a few times, too.
Pamie! I have proof of your dirty pop past in my hands. "Lance-alicious?" And you try to deny it. ;) And No Strings live! Eee! I was just telling Miranda that we needed to watch that, and now here 'tis! Thank you kindly - I've got a lot of driving to do in the next few days, and these mixes will make them that much more pleasant. *smooch*
Speaking of driving. [Lance] They've hiked the non-Sunpass folks' toll rates by 25%! When it already cost me almost $15 just to get home! Outrageous! [/Lance]
Two new JC songs! Exciting, that, and also deeply amusing how industry folk continue to underestimate the persistence and resourcefulness of fans. Marketing and distribution is first and foremost all about knowing your audience, and while their efforts were truly admirable, there's really no keeping a group like us reined in.
The TimberTrick love (started by the thirteen-year-old girl known as Justin over at the official boards with a Chris-kissing emoticon, no less) was fun to see.
Feeling kind of proud about wading into the JJB pool yesterday. Though besides posting my own thread, I made the mistake of reading others' and well, let's just say lesson learned and moving right along.
There's going to be an *NSYNC edition of E! True Hollywood Story, and really, that's the news that ruled my day.
[ETA: Hanson (yes, Hanson) covering Dirrty (yes, that one) may be the most ingenious thing I've heard in a long time. It's perfectly them, yet still perfectly Christina. Bwah!]
