Dearest Professor,

You do not cancel a 7:30 class without proper and timely notification. A piece of paper taped to your classroom door the morning of will not, in fact, suffice, and may well incite mutiny and other such unsavory acts in your name.

That sucks. You'd think now a days professors would have blogs or live journals so they could update their students to events like this. Sheesh, even email would suffice. ;-)

Thanks, hon. It wouldn't be as big a deal if I didn't, you know, work until 12:30 last night and didn't walk in my door until past one. However, the weekend is nigh upon us, and there shall be much rejoicing.
