We did teacher evaluations in Editing this morning, an opportunity of which don't think I didn't take full advantage.

A friend in the class and I went to Einstein's afterward, which I've come to think of as my equivalent of an after-work watering hole, except it's caffeine we get sloshed on instead of alcohol. We had a lovely, easy two-hour conversation before she had to run to class. I stayed and scribbled some more of my Rolling Stone interview with JC.

On which I then spent the rest of the afternoon as well, not that I didn't have 401847294 other things to do. *kicks muse's timing* But I like it a really lot, something I haven't said about my writing in a while.

*goes to answer phone*

Huh. Apparently, giddyupnow and I are going to Britney Jean's July 27th show in Tampa. In the shirts we'd so prophetically designed back in January. My first Britney experience, with a fan as devoted as they come. Summer isn't here yet, and I'm already calling it the event of the millennium.

I may end up at that concert too, especially if JC doesn't have any other shows in the Southeast. Damn him. Tickets go on sale Friday. I should probably decide soon, huh?

Woohoo! It's like we're hanging onto Challenge for all its worth. *g* And yay for faaaabulous company! It's always nice not to be alone in insanity. We'll all let each other know what's the what, maybe cavort a bit more.
