Ugh. I reacted the exact same way, with the added bonus that I read it on Friday morning. I spent all day sniffling and surreptitiously crying and convincing my co-workers there was something seriously wrong with me. Thank God no one asked, because I honestly wouldn't know what to say. "I read fanfic," just doesn't seem to cut it, y'know?
