but if you ask me to
May. 12th, 2004 04:07 pmSo, Joey and Justin are confirmed to be in New York as of yesterday, with rumors of Chris and an unaccounted-for Lance about as well. I know I wouldn't have anything better to do than go see one of my best friends perform tonight. *g* Best to all of you who are going. Bring tales and baubles for those of us back home.
The Wank That Ate All Our Fandoms has grown to over seventy-six pages. It interesting that it's come to be embodied by a comment whose author will probably be forgotten to the annals as soon as someone finally sticks a fork in the post while MY HED IZ PASTEDE ON YAY will live in infamy. Makes me wonder about the other little people who've fallen by the wayside during other important (I could not bring myself to use the word 'great') events in history.
And then I had my morning coffee and whoa, that's consciousness. Ever feel like it's a tide coming in?
I've been writing today and have thoughts on the same. But that's for a more coherent time.
[ETA: For those who have been trying to contact me, Webmail thinks it's being funny about outgoing stuff (though it continues to admit all incoming indiscriminately), and I still can't get AIM to work on this computer. My soon-to-be Yahoo! Messenger name is, what else, gjstruthseeker, which I'll try to be on tonight. I owe real mail and replies, which will happen when things are a little less scattered, literally and metaphorically, here.]
