It probably has to do with our method of data gathering and analysis and all those other highly scientific things we do, like smoke breaks on the back porch during which we plan how to take down Student Government officials and writing headlines like "Help On the Whore-Izon" about a reformed prostitute. You, however, they have no excuse for holding out on. You even did your study abroad through UF! Can you still log onto ISIS and see what the holdup is? Far be it for me to suggest actually calling them because one, euw phones, and two, they probably will just bounce you between departments before somebody eventually just makes something up to get you off the phone.
