You know, there is not an iota of compunction in me to read fic in BSG. I think it was throughadoor who said that it's a great show, and that's all I really have to say about it. I've been watching the episodes with Former Editor Mike, and mostly at the end of each one I just gape at the screen and want more. But more source material as opposed to fan material. Maybe because I'm happy with the directions they take (minus the unfortunate Duella/Apollo business, but please no other spoilers - I feel lame enough for knowing that's coming, and its circumstances). I think they tell full stories and I'm happy with the pace of the unfolding process (i.e. I don't feel like issues are being ignored, unlike other Sc-Fi shows I could name.) But if I get the itch, I'll know where to look.
You know, Supernatural may be sweeping the nation, but I've got all the television I can handle. I'm planning to tape a stray episode on the DVR and give it a whirl, but you should find a properly loving home for those episodes. Many thanks for the offer though.
