You're right, I know you are and that Windows itself is only half my problem, and that it isn't an entirely fair comparison because hers is a desktop and mine have all been laptops (and external hard drives), but I'm just so bitter and sad I need to try it somebody else's way, you know? [sigh] My computer guy suggested taking me for coffee and conference calling with Dell, who allegedly have worked out the kinks in their laptops, but I just don't know.
