Three Actual Things

aruanThing the First: Not a single iota of everything y'all have said about Kylie Minogue's dancers is in any way exaggerated or untrue. Just, wow.
Thing the Second: My voice is about an octave higher and two decibels lower, but damn can I belt out Maureen's Performance. Which I did, with much enthusiasm, for a grand part of the 5 1/2 hours' drive down.
Thing the Third: Secret Santa fic has point, purpose, and coherence the likes of which my final paper for Lit never even knew existed. This makes me happy, a state of mind that sorely needs to be restored after the less-than-metaphoric unlubed assfucking that was submitting the latter two days late.
Sigh. School's out for the winter. Hope it's beginning to snow for you lucky ones.
