Happy pre-Birthday to the illustrious, irrepressible, indelible, incomparable Miranda! Almost twenty and still at the top of her game. She chose the restaurant and really, how can you resist topping that cuteness with a festive sombrero? I sure couldn't and besides, there was free pie in it for everyone, so this is us, tonight:



We later continued the party downtown at Starbucks. And got very, very silly. It was quite probably the sugar content of my Toffee Nut Frappucino, which comes highly recommended to all, btw.

Of sheep and speed and sober staggering.

And tomorrow, we welcome Ri into our happy little pocket of madness.

The hot coffee version is even better, they had samples the time before last we were there, and wow. I like my latte stuff sweeter than caramel but not as overbearing as white mocha, so it's a nice niche I've found here.

The sombrero rocked, hardcore. The picture doesn't even show the color properly. Bright red with gold trim. Loads of good times.

Speaking of all things good, hope everything is progressing with your job hunt. If anyone, man...
