But then, that's not entirely surprising as the grating, endless melodrama doesn't change.

Whew. All caught up! Between pseudo-running away from home for the day, too much X2 and even after more than twenty-four hours not enough Miranda (who is a goddess among mere mortals), I'm back on top.

Had the best idea for an icon on the drive home, but alas it will be too big no matter how hard we try. Does anyone know what footage contains JC squeeing about being a little girl after getting Phil Collins' autograph?

[livejournal.com profile] giddyupnow has helped me to feel less inadequate in my mah jongg shortcomings.

Bulletproof kinks! Which is such a cool topic I will now address it, even three days late. I gave this thought, a lot of thought and came up with several very different answers. Joey/Lance, because I did not truly know the meaning of OTP before them. A total of three individual authors by whom I would read absolutely anything at all. New York and Florida settings. Profoundly altered universe stories. Specific to *Nslash, I'm morbidly intrigued by breakup fic, how different authors see that happening, why, and what happens after. Then again, I was the same way with apocalypse fic in Smallville, which is essentially similar (squint with me, kids).

Conversely, I don't think I have any kinks that'll absolutely break a story for me.

Congratulations on the Lit AP, Jon. No prisoners, right?

Watched a bit of Squares footage where I was just taping it this past week, and something distinctly odd has occurred to me about Lance and his Dance in the opening titles. That's my dance, punk. That's my default, I-hear-a-rhythm-and-need-to-groove dance. Except I snap my fingers and do more with my neck, but dude, that's freaky. How absurdly random!

Also, GIP! How cute is that, I ask you. Pretty fucking cute.
