so after a mostly lackluster day, we decided to sort things out over a trip to Publix. i had my dramatics out over choosing a cereal (BuzzBlasts - apparently, Disney's decided that they hadn't cornered enough of the consumer market and are marketing their own line of mock-nutritious breakfast food), choosing a pan for the Valentine cake i'm making (oh the ordeal of the bundt!), and finding just the right frosting. overall, a successful and cathartic sojourn. back on the homefront, we made our way to the Shands Auditorium to be regaled by reknown Broadway actor Bruce Kuhn's (speaking of dramatics) interpretation of the accounts of Luke, your favorite obscure apostle and mine. god is a rock, but keep him cozy in your heart and no one need be an island! the followers went so far as to be snarky! there's -always- a devil lurking in the midst! jesus endorses slackerdom! and it was on the tail of miranda's comment about the sedative-laced happiness desserts and likening the "happy few" campus crusaders for christ to your favorite andriod seductor that we had to quickly depart to save what face we had left. we're so going to hell. hope i get the seat right next to you, kid.
