That line goes for the whole story. JC could be... a complicated flower, I'd imagine. Not exactly a wealth of practicality and very deeply involved in his own world, but by the time you realize these are problems you'd be too in love with him for them to matter enough to stop.

Meep. *hides under desk* Mea culpa about that. I plead operating on half a braincell and very sketch sleep? In any event, entry edited. Just wanted to let you know that I loved the story because that is precisely the only way Bassez works in my head half the time. The artistic eccentricity/businessminded practicality clash is a strong one and the problem is Lance's softer sensibilities would win out, however strongly to his detriment. Just, yeah.
