I'm sometimes firm of belief.

Today, it's that there is no bad mood in this world that can't be dissipated by a good, cross-town ride in a convertible. That's it's a sunny, cloudless day and even the Stirling Road lights granted their cooperation didn't hinder the afternoon at all either.
The only Barnes & Noble in town to still have Hillary's book in stock happened to be the only bookstore in town to also carry a random issue of last month's Total Film UK, which means Twins and Agent Smith on the cover hotness for me! The article itself is a pretty expansive, thorough spread on the movies and characters, with a neat sort of A-Z concept.
Forgot Douglas. More pleasant driving back across town. I'm getting really, really good at Bif Naked's Lucky.
In the course of my travels, the mail came - the Atlantis Live Feed tape making its way between the
sdbswag crew showed up on my dresser today!
powrhug and
mskrtnanny included a notebook with the tape, and dude, the kids in this fandom are so cute! Laughed myself silly over the tallies - apparently, when Justin wasn't busy loving himself, he and Lance were making eyes. Can't wait.
However, I had places to go and people to schmooze with. Back to Miranda's in Hollywood for the evening.
We squeed over the leaked clips of JC's songs, which she loves, too, so that was lots of fun. More footage shared, including a just now found songvid to Kiss, as done by Tom Jones and Art of Noise it should be duly noted, of Backstreet as well as *NSYNC, so Miranda got a crash tutorial on them, too. The vids in this fandom rock a whole lot - their dancing just lends itself so well to recontextualization, though the bar was set the day I came across It's Raining Men. She also got to hear the fandom urban legend about the girl Photoshopped out of Justin's bed from Tearin' Up My Heart. I'd love to know the truth behind that one.
She sent me home with a bit of required reading: Julad and Calico's Lustre. My life is such a chore.
On a random note, definitely on a JC/Tony kick. That picture of them coming out of a hotel together from the Celebrity tour? About killed me dead.
Christmas in July is in full swing at the homefront. Which is just good fun.
