What does it say about me that I round the penultimate aisle in the grocery store to catch up and upon seeing only our cart but no Miranda, I start singing Gone? Almost as funny as the story of its original inception. *g*

Essentials (Cookie Crisp, Fall TV Preview issue of Entertainment Weekly and the new US) achieved. I had mushrooms and Oreos for dinner. I love college.

So, Kate Beckinsdale is talking about her new vampire/werewolf movie Underworld on The Daily Show. She's saying how vampires in this movie can't be killed by a stake through the heart. To which Jon replies, characteristically deadpan: "So you're telling me your movie is historically inaccurate?" Lovehim!

[livejournal.com profile] without_me and I are having too, too much fun with this mood theme thing. Good times.

Oh, believe me, it's fun for all concerned. I think by this point I might have more suggested moods than official ones. ;)

Well, I only ever use about 10 of the official ones! *laughs*

Hopefully this theme will change that. Man, this is going to be a mad weekend. In the best way. :)

"So you're telling me your movie is historically inaccurate?"

that got a snicker and a "dude, seriously!" out of me. and the movie holds no appeal for me, since there's only one werewolf i'm interested in at the moment. and do you know why that is? it's because that damn fandom has eaten my brain. save me! (or don't)

Jon Stewart rocks, yo. I'm a little bit all about Scott Speedman - loved him on Felicity, old habits die hard, lalala. Plus, vampires! I am ever the sucker (heh, no pun intended) for a vampire flick, as you well know.

There are much worse things than death by Harry Potter fandom, yo. Sadly, as it stands, I won't be getting to the fifth book anytime soon. Grr. But good fic recs are always welcome. It's a spectator fandom for me, recs only reading.

Not because I'm not compelled to dive headfirst, mind you, but popslash has me by the soul. My every fannish bone, thought, desire, writing impulse belongs to that fandom. But I do occasionally dabble. So, yeah. Feel free. :)
