And the day is mine!
Aug. 28th, 2003 01:23 pmEee! My new Journalism lab! It's so laid-back and the guy is accomodating and helpful and cool and yeah, very, very good on my blood pressure. As heinous as 6:45 in the morning looks, I'll be willing to do it once a week if it means writing for him. He didn't even give us a nerve-wracking first-morning assignment! *sighs with relief*
However, what is not of the good is that I've been searching for a Lambs story all morning and I cannot for the life of me remember anything but one scene from it. I could've sworn it was the Sandys' work, but I went through all their stuff and apparently not:
Lance just got into London from Russia and meets up with Justin at that club party he went to, blows him in some only semi-private back area, Justin's much too drunk to reciprocate but says *something* along the lines of he will because he made the promise to prove to lance how much he says he loves him.
Aaaand I might be mixing stories at the end there. Also, it's a lot less sappy than that. Argh! So. Frustrating.
It's good to be back in the land of high-end problems. *g* Now if I can just get that Poli Sci class sorted out, I'll be a happy clam.
Ran into a friend from Acting last semester in my Reporting lecture. She was just as adorable, very happy to see me, and running to another class, so we traded phone numbers but yeah, kinda very cool.
You know, as much as I adored seeing Lance's shirt in the new picture, I'm really, really uncomfortable with captures of people who obviously do not want a camera in their face right then. Especially with these boys, who are usually quite accomodating in letting their mugs get photographed.
JC news! JC/Tony news! Well, almost! Credit to various and sundry over at the JJB: Starting in November, Tony will be going on tour with JC Chasez. On October 28th, his 3rd full length album, Shotgun, Co-Executive produced by Tony, Dale Godboldo, and JC Chasez, will be released by OME/Lightyear/WEA. "Catch Me", the first single off of this highly anticipated release, will be dropped sometime next week to the college radio stations.
In other news, I'll be meeting Joey and Lance on their honeymoon on December 9, 2005 (!) when we all take the same cruise together, and they will take me with them wherever they go from then on because "[we're] all so MFEO". Hee! And my afternoon is made.
[ETA: In a cruel twist of irony, Merriam-Webster's word of the day was hiatus. I can live a thousand lifetimes never hearing that word again and I'd be a happy woman.]
