To anyone who's commented in the past couple of days, LJ is not linking my replies but logging them as regular comments. Apparently this is a known error after a recent program upgrade but all they can do about it right now is apologize. Grrr. *kicks LJ*

Roommate is gone! Final ends were officially tied up yesterday and the suite is once again mineallmine! I've been playing anything, anytime, at any volume ever since, and singing along more often than not.

I got a lot "" of photocards in the mail yesterday. Baby!Sync! Handsome, sunny boys. And Jon took me out for dinner. The waitress, as has been happening to me since the age of fifteen, told us about drink specials and I was all flustered with excitement at taking her up on it. Mmm, mango margarita presidente. And then! Coffee and cake with Miranda. Birthday was lovely, and will be even lovelier once I survive tomorrow and track down champagne for the weekend's festivities.

Lance is an outrageously beautiful goober, and I'm done saying that I can't love him any more than I already do because he keeps making a dirty liar out of me.

Sent out my CD swap package today (mine came yesterday from a lovely girl in Kentucky who loves her Tori Amos) and received another in exchange, from Ri. A lovely kit of Burt's Bees products and a shirt with a classic Nintendo controller that says Know Your Roots. Loveit! Love her. Almost ten years of friendship, that's... wow. I didn't even realize I knew someone besides my family for that long. It's so cool to be getting older and gaining real history.

In other news, Jon's movie recommendation rights are revoked indefinitely due in large part to The Good Girl, there is not a single redeeming thing about Smallville that's not named Clark (and oh. my. fluttering pulse he got hott) or Lex, and Angel is so totally my new favorite show. "I don't mind spanking men." And you didn't even see the preview for next week! I haven't seen that much slash in the span of fifteen seconds since the Bassez clip from the Japanese No Strings interview.

Now it's Law & Order, because who doesn't think Sam Waterson is sexy? Then it's finding indecent and/or gropetastic!Sync pictures for my MMC TA. Hee.

[ETA: I love the musical Zombie Prom. I didn't even know "All the dirt that's fit to fling" is a play on the New York Times' slogan (All the News That's Fit to Print), written exactly in response to the rampant yellow journalism of the late nineteenth century.]
