Miranda and I have reached the point where we've mind-melded enough to answer the phone before it even rings when it's the other on the line. Wow, that was creepy.
We had record voter turnout last night with over 10,000 of our near-50,000 students at the polls, which rocked. However, one of the ballot counters broke, which did not, as it delayed the paper by more than forty minutes in getting to the publisher and we were all here until after two, screaming into phones, furiously typing, doing guerilla editing, and generally going crazy strung out on various caffeines. Good times.
Schoolwise, that Abnormal Psych midterm had nothin' on me. Which I hope says nothing more than that I've been going to class.
Gave Build My World a good listen on my walk to work and decided there are virtues to the album version as well, but that they're wholly different and remain secondary to the live versions. I've listened to those almost every day since, and madness as it was, they remain one of the smartest things I've ever done.
I'm so very sad about not taping last week's Angel, but I think some screencaps could soothe the soul if someone could kindly point me in the right direction.
This is the best discussion I've read on The Passion of the Christ, and quite frankly will probably be the only one. Go laugh all your fool heads off here. Also, Monica Belucci as Mary Magdelene? *snerk* Isn't it a bit too early in her career to start being typecast?
