aruan: (Group - believe)
So, wow. Today felt like day enough for three. There was school work and good intentions for more, lots of phone calls and comments about France, which as I've said I'm absolutely mindless with excitement about. I mean, France! )

I'd picked up a GatorWell magnet on my way home from Einstein's this morning that says, "Dream - 'It's kind of fun to do the impossible.' -Walt Disney." Not that I believe in them, but that's good omen enough for a lottery ticket tomorrow.

My hair... smells nice. I went to a woman in town on the recommendation of a friend and got it cut for the first time in an embarrassingly long time. It's a little shorter than I wanted, but cute. And bouncy! My hair bounces again. I can work with it.

Got sucked in by Armageddon while my frozen pizza was baking in the kitchen. I've only seen the movie once until tonight, and that was when it came out, and swore to myself never again, it strung me out so bad. Nothing like the destruction of the world to keep me on the edge of my seat. This time I just bawled like the big girl I am. Ben Affleck! Bruce Willis! I really am fourteen at heart.

I'm so, so sorry I can't remember who posted this link on my friendslist, but I simply must share, too, because it really is the most darling thing in all the world: Who Is That With Jeremy? Especially the Law & Order actors. Aieee! My sugar levels, I'm fairly certain, do not allow for that much cute in one sitting.

Aaand I'm spent. Good night, all, from JC's Tipsy Snow Bunny. *snicker* Too, too true.

[ETA: Dude, The Rock just called someone in the NBA 'cat.' That Chasez boy's not quite as stuck in the 80s as we thought, eh? ;) ]

As it stands, my earliest class next semester is at 10:40, and even that's only twice a week. It's a beautiful and rare thing with upper division courses, which departments can schedule whenever they please because we have to take them.

Justin told me to tell a caller he "just wants some of her extra time," a statement which I took to its only logical conclusion, and Staci was the only one who got it. Do I know how to pick 'em or what? There's a reason why I'm living with that girl next semester.

Miranda is back in town! The rejoicing started this afternoon with dinner at Moe's but will continue well into the weekend with Starbucks and other merriments.

Yay for rumors of Chris coming to my zip code! Ish. Two hours' drive ain't complaint-worthy.

The cover of tomorrow's issue of the Alligator features two boys kissing under a lattice arch on the Reitz lawn, and we're all being swoony, cooey girls about it in the newsroom. Which, in and of itself, rocks a lot. Liberal media is alive and well at the best college paper in the Southeast (officially, even, according to the Society Professional Journalists).
