So this is what holidays are supposed to be like.
JC's new video is hot like a thing that melts brains. Mine? Puddle of goo softly sloshing between my ears. And he's gonna shake it for me live in San Diego in less than a week - the tickets came in yesterday's mail to prove it. *squee*
Being home is really nice. My people seem happy, the house is inviting instead of skeevy, and it's all actually not as deep in BFE as I remembered. There will probably be a photo essay before the weekend is out. My mom even said I "look good." Shall bask for now and not think about father situation until such time arises.
Oh! The move turned up some of my oldest and most favorite films. I'm thinking a Robin Hood: Men in Tights/Labyrinth/Sleepless in Seattle/While You Were Sleeping/Cat City marathon. Whoot!
My little cousin, Nicole, is running around the kitchen helping my mom with anything and everything so she "can make it Thanksgiving quicker!" *dies of the cute* The good thing about living in the boonies is only the relatives who really love you (and vice versa) come to your holiday dinner.
And with that, my five minutes are up and I'm back on cheese plate duty.
