I'm free until four o'clock today, when my PoliSci prof sends out our final exams due tomorrow at four. Five one-page essays - doesn't sound too painful.

However, it ain't four yet, so I'm going to read all the dog!Sync that was posted as well as make icons, crop pictures, write updates, and do other lazy, as-far-from-school-related things as possible.

Checked the weather in New York and Boston - daytime highs seems to be in the fifties in the former, low forties for the latter, and this means my mum is getting a phone call about wool coats and long-sleeved undershirts. And, you know, the fact that her crazy daughter is going to New York and Boston.

Mmm, maple brown sugar oatmeal.

Ooh, it's vintage Saved By the Bell! I remember seeing the first season on DVD at Tower Records on Sunset and squeeing almost as loudly as I did for JC later that night. I'd like to personally thank (and possibly lick) the person who started the television-on-DVD craze. *snogs*

As someone that spent way too many a year in PoliSci hell, if you need to vent, etc. let me know. Good lord, I'm still having nightmares involving game theory. *g*

I took the least painful way out of the PoliSci requirement - Politics in Fiction and Film. Oh, yeah. An entire semester of Robert Redford and Al Pacino films, as well as books like Thank You For Smoking and All the Presidents' Men. But that probably won't keep me from venting, so I appreciate the standing offer.

Also, unrelatedly, *mwah*. I hope you're feeling better, hon, it really sounds like you've been having a rough time of it lately. Are you planning on heading down for JC's show in Miami? My going hinges on getting a couple people to split gas and such, but he's doing a signing! Waaant to gooo. You know you do, too.

*wibble* A semester of Pacino? Wow, I'm in awe. *g*

Me and my bad time, whoa boy. But part of the reason that I can't go to Miami (weep) is b/c I can finally start to catch up on my sleep...thus leading, hopefully, to a return to normal.

But dammit, either I'm coming down there to visit or you and Miranda have to come up here. And I'm sending you more swag, so yay for joy to come!

The 50's high is a fluke. It is going DOWN very fast this weekend from what I hear and apparently we are getting more snow.

*moves to Miami*

*meeeep* I have less than zero tolerance for cold. But on the other hand, yay for snow! I'm just afraid no amount of clothing will keep me warm, but I'll give it my best. I'll post my number as events draw near, but we'll have to run into each other, if only to share friendly body heat. ;)

Come to think of it, we actually have run into each other - I was the girl in the sleeveless black dress at Grease. You caught me in the background of one of the pictures you posted of yourself and Joey. ;) Thanks for the weather-related heads up!

LOL! I completely agree with the television-on-DVD craze! When they do Full House, thats when I'll go nuts.

Aaw, Full House! They seem to be on the right track - I'm holding out for the entire MMC run, which is mostly pipe dreaming but one can always hope.
