Date: January 7th, 2004 05:05 pm (UTC)It would've been okay if I'd had any notice or heads up, but it was out of left field and not only had I not touched a French book in forever, I had classes all day and didn't have much of a chance to crack the one I bought.
It ended up that my grammar was solid and understood everything I read - when I knew the words used. They got me on the vocabulary. I'm hoping for competence at this point and will know tomorrow morning. Thanks for the good vibes.
