what's my age again?
Mar. 30th, 2004 11:46 pmGIP the first from today's Lance/Jessie extravaganza. I bequeath the song happily.
Spent a bit of the afternoon redesigning my journal's color scheme. Oh, and the new theme is 100 Ways. I only mention it to reassure myself something productive transpired here today.
Here's something interesting: a linedance choreographed to Some Girls! No, really. Hee! Can't you just see it? Well, no, as I don't imagine this is the sort of thing that goes over well in country bars. But then, what do I know about country bars? The kind of thing I have for cowboys, you'd think a lot more.
Took a wee nap, too (as necessitated by having been up until 3 a.m. talking shop with a coworker and having class at 7:30 a.m.) JC sang me a note-perfect rendition of Come What May from Moulin Rouge - that is until I woke up later and realized I'd left WinAmp playing. Still, that was a treat.
Alternate pairing manips are a nifty little trend. All the JC/Brit today's been... interesting. Although the words I think I'm looking for are 'thought-provoking.'
Quote of the Day:
"'Plug It In' is a very funky slice of manic boogie action.... An enormous smash in a fair and just world - so around the No. 17 mark here, then."
-Ian Wade for musicohm.com
I should sit down and a list of things I'd change if I ruled the world. Not that, good god, would I ever want such a responsibility, but there are a few things I'd love to have a heeded say about.

to think about the [boy] you love, and hold [him] tight
so happy together
Because they are, yo.
