give the gift of BSG

I bought the Battlestar Galactica miniseries DVD separately, not knowing that it was included in the Season 1 set. Since I've no use for it, there's gotta be one of you who's been curious or maybe wanted to share it with someone else. Don't worry about shipping, though it probably won't arrive in time for Christmas. But really, the gift of the apocalypse isn't really appropriate for the season anyway. First person to comment or e-mail gets it.

[ETA: Gone! Though if any of you find yourselves in Central Florida, consider this an open invitation to my sofa and all the episodes to date.]

Fantastic! I watched it once before running back out and getting the entire first season, so it's open but entirely pristine. Drop me an e-mail with your address to e.jules@gmail.com and I'll send it on its way. I hope you love it too - I simply haven't heard of anyone trying it and not liking it. No pressure, I'm just saying be prepared to wallow in the apocalypse. In the good way.

No, really. I have my favorites, but there's simply too much that makes the show completely unmissable.

I keep meaning to watch, and I've had it netflixed twice, but then something always comes up and there's no time for the apocalypse, but Kaelie and I were just talking about it a couple of hours ago, so this seemed to be Fate. Thanks! and I'll email my address in a sec. And please, I can paypal you shipping, at least.

Really, I'm just glad to pass it along, and especially happy that it'll be to you. Just a warning though, in total it's about four hours long, and you WON'T want to walk away from it.

You're going to LOVE IT.

She so will! I'm beyond excited, and only a little sad that I won't be there to watch her fall in love with it. I came into it in January and watched the miniseries twice in two days (that's almost four hours apiece) and then commanded a friend up from South Florida to watch it for a third time a week later. It's truly amazing television.
