It's snowing in New York. Ten inches, says the national weather service. Dancing flakes of powdery white and the cars lining the otherwise somber streets seem to have burrowed under blankets of the stuff and it's not even midday yet.

Down here in Gainesville, it stands to be about a high of 80 with a good chance of rain.

I hope everyone's warm and dry.

Yeah, I miss snowwwwwwwwww. I go home to NYC in 2 weeks for 2 weeks. I'm hoping to at least see SOME snow (hopefully not when I'm flying in or out of Newark though)

I'm going back to New York on the 12th, then back at some point entirely dependant on when I finish my final paper for Literature or Christmas Eve, or when my friend Diana kicks me out. Hopefully the latter. Either way, best holidays to you and have fun when you get there! I know I will.

well, the rain has just been through tallahassee, and now it's a rainy, nippy day instead of just a gray, slightly warm one.

The humidity here is soul-crushing. And no satisfying rain either, just halfhearted drizzle, which makes me grit my teeth and demand why the clouds even bother. Sigh. I knew that free education deal would have a catch. Tonight, I just wish that didn't mean staying in-state for college.
