I've spent the past three hours downloading pictures and reading interviews with the cast of Lord of the Rings.

I would grumble, except. Uhm. Wow. So, so much with the wholesome boy orgies (tm walkingshadow). They're all so in love! Utterly and completely in love in the sweetest, most absolutely beautiful way! Elijah and Orlando! Dom and Billy! Viggo and Orlando! Well, okay, Orlando may just be a little mansluttish, but everyone loves him anyway! And Sir Ian McKellen is possibly one of the coolest men to have ever walked this earth.

All you LotRips people? Totally get it. Who needs fantasy when you've got it all but written for you in our own very real world? So much pure love. Did we mention they got matching tattoos?

I know! I have such smart friends, they've been telling me about this for at least a year and a half, and the books were recommended something to the tune of six years ago, and yet! Sigh. It's the same deal with popslash, you know? I mean, we have the concert footage tapes, but there's every likelihood and that we'll never get to see them live, together again, you know? At least with LotR, there's still the press junket for the third movie.
