this isn't all GIP, it's mostly GIP

I finally paid up a year's worth of LJ just so I could upload this icon. Because my best friend knows my deep and abiding love for Haldir and loves me lots and lots and rocks hardcore besides. *hugs Miranda* Look everyone! It's Haldir the BGE! Too gay for this world, alas. I mean really, who wears crushed red velvet and immaculately polished, ornate armor to battle? He's truly an original and will forever live in my heart.
Check this out. No, seriously do it, it's one of the funniest things I've ever seen. There was *howling* mmkay?
Had birthday dinner with Mason in O-Town tonight. Good sushi, even better conversation, though tell me again how it is that I was with that boy for a year and four months exactly? God, I feel like I should've definitely smacked him more than I didn't at all. His methods are alternately infuriating in their ill logistics and confounding in their absurd simplicity.
In other news, my pool game has improved incredibly, and entirely by magic. First game he broke, I put in six out of seven balls on my first turn. Second game? Five out of seven. Actually won a couple of times, too. It's nice to not have your opponent ceremoniously wipe the floor with you.
Oh, yet more listmembers for that VIP section of hell! Every single one of the people who had even the slightest thing to do with designing the layout for the city of Orlando. Every last one of you cretins. Grr, baby. No matter how much you drive it, it doesn't make any more sense than the last time. It's like in Dark City where they rearrage the streets and buildings or something.
So, uhm, the L'Uomo Vogue I finally found at the Empire State Building, my last place of excursion on my last day in New York right before hopping a taxi to the airport? The one with the incredible Justin spread? Uhm, yeah, likewise breathtaking and large section devoted to Orlando Bloom as well. My god but so, so much pretty.
And while we're on the subject of pictures, that icon of Justin with the caption Warning: May cause chronic mixed emotions was a stroke of masterful genius, and big, juicy kudos to its creator.

Speaking of which, still loving your oddly disturbing set of manipped LotR cast icons. But the Harry/Britney one? Verra, verra niiice.

Date: February 2nd, 2003 09:19 pm (UTC)Ah, and the only manipped one is Elrond. So far. :-) David Wenham took on the role of Audrey all by himself, bless him.
