aruanI love that my friends make me icons of pretty boys off the slightest lustful whim. I spent a good few IMs this past week gushing about Dominic Monaghan in particular and apparently one of my lust-coherent adjective phrases pleased Ri enough to craft me one. ::love:: Kudos and thanks, darling. He's truly marvy, as are you.
I love the generosity of people who love something, the way they're willing to share and facilitate without hesitation. Went to get my hair cut today locally, as it's looking to be less and less likely that I'll be making it home before spring break. Anyhow, the destination was Wild Hair and, on recommendation, Candy. My oh my, but the girl is fabulous. We talked television, conventions, pretty boys and videotapes and oh my god, she's gonna hook me up with the entire second season of QAF and the third which starts March 2nd! Her entire wall is a shrine to Gale Harold, William H. Macy, James Marsters, and an assortment of other particularly fine speciments of hotness. Alas, she hasn't seen the light or LOTR and Smallville yet, but that's eminently remediable. Do unto others, right? ;)
Currently, also loving Synchronik a whole lotta lot. Yes, yes I am. The compassion he has for every one of the boys, the honest, easy dialogue, the flow of the stories and the way he has of making them real, their lives real, whether it's backstage or at home.
Also, I know someone's going skiing this Spring Break. Seriously, one of y'all's gotta be in the mood to tumble down snow-covered cliffsides!
