I feel silly asking, but I just don't get sick.

So now that I'm hacking my lungs up and feeling like death grilled over an open flame, does anyone have suggestions beyond:

-tea with lemon and honey
-lots of fluids in general (water, orange juice)
-vitamins

Non-prescription medicine would be nice, too, but I don't even ever take over-the-counter stuff. Recommendations between Sudafed, Robitussin, etc.?
